Music Artist of the Month: Blaqk Audio

Gonna start the new year with a new concept for this blog. And, as you have read on the title, I'm gonna select a music artist every month and just share it here on my blog. That way, you can get a gist of what music I listen to and learn some new (or old) bands that you might also like.

And here is the first artist of the year: Blaqk Audio

Learn more about Blaqk Audio after the cut>>

Blaqk Audio is an electronic music band formed by current AFI members Davey Havoc and Jade Puget under Interscope Records. Their debut album CexCells was released on August 14, 2007 and reached #18 on the Billboard 200.

I'm a big fan of electronica-rock music and this duo makes great sound together. I've been a fan of them since I discovered AFI (A Fire Inside), which is their other band along with members Adam Carson (drummer) and Hunter Burgan (bassist).

From their album CexCells, I recommend you listen to these tracks: Bitter for Sweet, Semiotic Love, and The Love Letter. But the whole album is great.

If you wanna listen to Semiotic Love right now, just play the track below.

Hope you liked this post!

xoxo,
Dianne
