While I'm very happy for all the nominees at the Golden Globes, I am, on the other hand, feeling rather sad for Leonardo DiCaprio (and the rest of the Inception cast) & for the cast of Lost as well.
Despite receiving major praises for Shutter Island and Inception, Leonardo DiCaprio received no nomination at next year's Golden Globes. I think this is really unfair. Does the Hollywood Foreign Press Association have any bad past with Leo? Leonardo put so much effort with these two movies, he was great, brilliant, in fact but I guess the HFPA didn't see any of those. If you ask me, the older Leo gets, the better he gets at acting. The HFPA made such a wrong decision here not putting Leo's name on the Best Performance by an Actor list.
For the series Lost, I really think they also deserve nominations for Best Television Series - Drama and Best Performance by an Actor - Drama for Terry O'Quinn, if not for Matthew Fox. Tweet This
